📅 PACKAGE PICK-UP BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Choose your time slot
Select a suitable hour from the available time slots.
Note: if a time is not visible, it means it’s no longer available and cannot be changed later.
2️⃣ Click the selected hour and fill in your details
Enter your:
– first name
– last name
– phone number
– email address (if you don’t have one, enter: x@com.pl)
3️⃣ Tick the required consents
4️⃣ Click “ZAREZERWUJ” (BOOK) at the bottom of the page
Done!
5️⃣ Come to pick up your package on time
📍 Pick-up takes place on Friday, 18.04.2025 – please arrive exactly at your reserved time.
6️⃣ Can’t make it on Friday? You can come on Saturday
📍 19.04.2025 (Saturday) – pick-up without registration is possible, but:
– you will need to wait in a queue,
– packages will only be distributed if any are left,
– after 5:00 PM, we’ll also distribute remaining items (e.g., baked goods, food).
7️⃣ Pick-up by another person
If you cannot come yourself – someone else can pick up your package.
They must bring:
– written authorization with your and their details,
– a copy of a document confirming the information provided during registration.

Reminder:
Please arrive at the exact time you booked! If you do not show up at the designated time, unfortunately, you will lose the right to pick up the package.
