❄️ Terms and Conditions of the “Christmas Trees Full of Dreams” Campaign for Individual Donors

1. General Provisions

1.1. The organizer of the “Christmas Trees Full of Dreams” campaign is Kwitnący Dom, a unit of the Inna Przestrzeń Foundation (address: ul. Nowy Świat 23/25 lok. 32, 00-029 Warsaw, NIP: 521-33-93-003), hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

1.2. The campaign aims to fulfill Christmas wishes for children in difficult life situations by purchasing gifts specified on special baubles.

1.3. The goal of the campaign is to bring joy to children through the gifts they receive and to support families and individuals in need.

1.4. The campaign will take place from April 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026, during which time donors can fulfill the wishes of selected children.

2. Definitions

2.1. Donor – an individual or company that decides to purchase a gift for a child based on the information on the bauble.

2.2. Organizer – Kwitnący Dom, a unit of the Inna Przestrzeń Foundation.

2.3. Gift – a material gift worth up to 150 PLN purchased according to the description on the bauble, which will be given to the child.

3. Rules for Participation in the Campaign

3.1. Any individual, institution, educational facility, foundation, association, or company that decides to purchase at least one gift for a child based on the information on the bauble may participate.

3.2. The donor must fill out the registration form available on the Organizer’s website or register their participation via email/phone.

3.3. The donor selects a bauble from the available pool of baubles with a child’s wish, according to their own preferences regarding age, type of gift, etc.

3.4. Each bauble contains basic information about the child (age, preferences) which must be considered when purchasing the gift.

3.5. The donor agrees to purchase a gift that matches the description on the bauble and deliver it to the specified address by December 3, 2025, to ensure delivery before the holidays.

3.6. In the case of withdrawing from participation in the campaign, the donor should inform the Organizer immediately, no later than November 21, 2025, to allow finding a new donor.

4. Value of the Gifts

4.1. The Organizer sets the maximum value for one gift at 150 PLN + the cost of packaging.

4.2. The donor may select more than one bauble if they wish to offer gifts of higher value.

4.3. If the value of the gift exceeds 150 PLN, the donor should consult the Organizer.

4.4. The donor is responsible for the quality and appropriateness of the purchased gift. The Organizer has the right to refuse to accept a gift that is unsuitable for the child (e.g., too complicated or dangerous).

5. Prohibited Items in Gifts

5.1. Perishable products such as fresh food, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, or other products with a short shelf life or without a label in Polish may not be placed in the packages.

5.2. It is prohibited to include alcohol, tobacco products, psychoactive substances, and other drugs or products promoting the use of such substances, as well as any medications or dietary supplements.

5.3. Gifts may not contain dangerous items such as sharp tools, pyrotechnic materials, weapons (including toy weapons), or any chemicals.

5.4. It is prohibited to include inappropriate content for children, such as materials promoting violence, sexuality, or aggression, or items related to gambling.

5.5. Gifts should not contain controversial items and should be chosen with the utmost care for the balance and mental health of the children.

5.6. Packages may not contain any personal contact information of the donor, including email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, or home addresses, as well as any promotional, advertising, or religious materials. It is also prohibited to include letters or other forms of communication addressed to the children. This rule aims to protect the privacy of the children and ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of both donors and beneficiaries of the campaign.

5.7. Used clothing or items that may not meet hygiene or safety standards are prohibited.

5.8. Gifts may not contain items of excessive material value (e.g., expensive jewelry, electronic devices) in order to maintain balance in the value of gifts for all children.

5.9. Donors are required to select toys appropriate for the child’s age indicated on the bauble. Toys containing small parts that may pose a choking hazard will not be accepted.

5.10. Donors are required to avoid food products that may contain allergens (e.g., nuts) or other ingredients that could cause adverse health reactions in children. These items will be removed from the packages if the Organizer determines that their contents may pose a health risk.

5.11. It is prohibited to deliver used items in poor condition (e.g., dirty, damaged, or showing signs of heavy wear). These items will be removed from the packages to avoid a negative impact on children who may feel less valued.

5.12. All provided products must comply with the applicable laws of the European Union and meet quality and safety standards. Donors are required to provide only items that are authorized for sale in the EU and contain information in Polish on the packaging. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any products from the packages that do not meet these requirements or may pose a health and safety risk to the children.

6. Consequences of Not Following the Rules Regarding the Content of Packages

6.1. In case of placing prohibited items in the package, the Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Withdraw the gift without informing the donor,

  • Replace the items not compliant with the regulations with another gift,

  • In extreme cases – refuse the further participation of the donor in the campaign if they grossly violate the rules regarding the content of the packages.

6.2. In case of discovering the delivery of items:

  • Inappropriate for the child’s age, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw these items and replace them with others or organize a new gift;

  • Containing inappropriate content such as violence or erotic content, the Organizer will remove these items without informing the donor;

  • That may cause allergic reactions or other health hazards, the Organizer reserves the right to remove such products and replace them with those in compliance with the regulations;

  • Used in poor condition – they will be immediately removed, and the donor will be informed of the need to provide new products.

6.3. The Organizer may charge the donor the costs of replacing or swapping a gift to comply with the regulations.

6.4. The Organizer has the right not to issue a gift containing items that do not comply with the regulations, ensuring the safety of the children and upholding the ethical standards of the campaign.

6.5. Legal consequences:

  • In case prohibited or dangerous items are placed in the packages, the Organizer may report such actions to the relevant authorities;

  • A donor who knowingly delivers items not compliant with the law may bear civil and criminal liability according to the applicable laws;

  • The Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for damages resulting from a violation of the regulations, including damages to the campaign’s or Foundation’s image.

6.6. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the contents of the packages to ensure compliance with the regulations and safety standards.

6.7. All the above actions will be taken to ensure the protection of children’s health, safety, and dignity.

7. Delivery of Gifts

7.1. Gifts should be delivered to Kwitnący Dom in person or sent via courier to the following address: Kwitnący Dom, ul. Kwitnąca 14, 01-926 Warsaw (tel. 796401236, email: pomoc@kwitnacy-dom.pl) or to the parcel locker: WAW715M, Josepha Conrada 15A 01-922 Warsaw.
ON THE PACKAGE, WRITE THE GIFT NUMBER. Remember: to ensure the gift reaches the right child, we need to know for whom it was intended.

7.2. Gifts must not be tightly sealed! The contents of the gift must be accessible for verification by the staff (e.g., in a gift bag).

7.3. The gift must be labeled with a tag containing the bauble code so it can be assigned to the appropriate child.

7.4. In case of issues with timely delivery of the gift, the donor is obliged to contact the Organizer immediately.

7.5. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to the gifts resulting from transportation.

8. Protection of Personal Data

8.1. Participation in the campaign requires the provision of personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws.

8.2. The Organizer ensures that donors’ personal data will only be used for the purposes related to the execution of the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without the donor’s consent.

8.3. Donors may not include their personal data inside the packages.

8.4. Donors will not have direct contact with the children to protect their privacy and safety.

8.5. Donors’ personal data will be stored for the period necessary to execute the campaign and will be deleted thereafter.

9. Photos and Reports from the Campaign

9.1. The Organizer will not share individual photos of the children to protect their image and privacy rights.

9.2. Donors may receive general photos from the gift delivery, which they may use for internal communication or on social media.

10. Promoting Participation in the Campaign

10.1. Donors may promote their participation on social media and other communication channels, as long as they adhere to the rules of the campaign and respect the children’s images.

10.2. The Organizer provides promotional materials for use by donors if needed.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations if necessary for the proper execution of the campaign.

11.2. All changes to the regulations will be published on the campaign website and will take effect as of the moment of their announcement.

11.3. The Organizer is not responsible for unforeseen events that prevent the campaign from being carried out as planned, including issues with gift deliveries by courier services.

11.4. In matters not regulated by the regulations, the Organizer makes decisions based on the welfare of the children and donors.

11.5. Donors are required to be particularly sensitive to the needs and expectations of the children for whom they are preparing gifts. Every donor should be aware that selecting an inappropriate gift for the child’s age or interests may lead to disappointment and feelings of rejection. The expectations of the children related to the “Christmas Trees Full of Dreams” campaign do not have to be high, but each donor should thoroughly review the information provided on the bauble and aim to fulfill the child’s dreams in a way that takes into account their individual needs. Matching the gifts to the child’s specifications is key to ensuring their joy and positive emotions associated with the gifts they receive.
