New form of support

We invite you to use the free online store of Kwitnący Dom, where we provide new footwear for people in difficult life situations.
The shoes come from donations by companies and private individuals – including store closures and warehouse clearance sales. Products can be ordered independently if you have a beneficiary number, or through supporting institutions (Social Welfare Centers/NGOs). However, you must first create an account and log in – without this, placing an order is not possible!

Please note – this platform is in the testing phase. It was created as a grassroots initiative to facilitate aid distribution. We are still improving it, so minor technical issues or feature limitations may occur. Thank you for your understanding!

🧡 How does it work?

Orders can be placed by:

• individuals with a beneficiary number, or

• employees of supporting institutions (Social Welfare Centers / NGOs).

✅ First, you must create an account and log in.

✅ All products are completely free, but there are quantity limits:

• a maximum of 2 pairs of shoes per person,

• a maximum of 10 pairs per family (within a 6-month period),

• the footwear should reflect the actual needs of family members – for example, if a child’s size is unavailable, it does not entitle the caregiver to order more for themselves.

❗ Trying on or selecting sizes in person is not available – orders are prepared in advance. You can only decline part or all of the order, returning the items to the pool. Please order thoughtfully.

📍 Order Pickup

🚫 We do not ship orders – pickup is in person only, at Kwitnący Dom, ul. Kwitnąca 14, Warsaw.

✅ Order processing will begin after August 4, 2025, and will take 2 to 10 business days, depending on item location and volume of requests.

📧 Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Please do not call to ask – check your email and spam folder.

❗ We do not store orders for more than 3 days. After this time, the order will be canceled, and the shoes returned to stock for other people in need. Before placing an order, make sure you will be able to pick it up within a few days of August 4.

⚠️ Important Technical Note:

Due to technical reasons, the store is currently available only in Polish. If possible, we will introduce Ukrainian and English language versions as soon as we can. 😞

We are not e-commerce specialists – so the following issues may occur:

• errors in product descriptions or photos (e.g., incorrect color or size info),

• misclassification of products by gender or category.

We have made every effort to describe the products accurately, but please understand that our team is made up of people working in social assistance, not retail. Most of the work was done by volunteers. The store is a tool to facilitate aid distribution, not a professional sales platform.

🛑 Ordered shoes cannot be exchanged for others, returned, or refunded.
We provide them in good faith. Each pair has been checked for condition and quality. Shoes are handed out without original packaging – they may show signs of storage (e.g., dust, creases), but they are new and complete.

📦 All products are available while supplies last. Only an email confirmation guarantees that your order is ready and that you will receive assistance.
