Information clause for volunteers

Information on the protection of personal data of the volunteers of the Kwitnąca House in Warsaw, 14 Kwitnąca Street.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), I inform you that:

The administrator of the personal data of volunteers is Fundacja Inna Przestrzeń ul. Nowy Świat 23/25 lok. 32, 00-029 Warsaw, NIP: 521-33-93-003, on behalf of which acts the Plenipotentiary Anna Klos

The Administrator processes personal data: name and surname, PESEL number, data on selected qualifications and skills, contact data: telephone number, e-mail address

The purpose of processing personal data is to conclude an agreement and realize the rights and obligations arising from the performance of volunteer services (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO), to realize other obligations towards the volunteer specified in the Act of April 24, 2003 on public benefit activity and volunteerism (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO) and the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the protection of claims and protection against claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO). Data is not processed for any other purpose or by automated means;

Personal data shall not be transferred to other entities, but may be transferred to state institutions and services to which the Administrator may be obliged by law. Data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization

Data will be processed for the period of the volunteer’s performance of services and then stored for a period of 3 years to secure claims and protect against claims. Data contained in accounting records will be kept for 5 years in accordance with accounting regulations

Provision of personal data by the volunteer is a statutory requirement and the consequence of failure to provide personal data will be the inability to conclude a contract

The volunteer has the right to: access to the content of their data, rectification, restriction of processing, data portability, lodge an objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing (if processing is based on consent) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in case the processing of personal data is deemed to violate the provisions of the RODO. Pursuant to Article 17(3)(b) or (e) of the RODO, the right to erasure of personal data does not apply; pursuant to Article 21 of the RODO, the right to object to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), I agree for the Foundation to process my contact data – telephone number for matters related to the transmission of current information.
