🌷 To celebrate Mother’s Day, we want to give you – Moms – small gifts (cosmetics)!
We have several hundred sets – let them go to mothers who care for children under the age of 18.
We know how demanding and beautiful the role of a mom is – that’s why we’ve prepared a form of support that we hope will bring you a bit of joy.
We warmly invite you to register!
👥 Who can register?
The campaign is aimed at women in difficult life situations, especially:
✅ Moms from families already registered as our beneficiaries
📄 Required: registration number, full name, phone number and/or email address.
✅ Moms receiving assistance from OPS (Social Welfare Center)
📄 Required: certificate of receiving social support or benefits.
✅ Single moms
📄 Required: document confirming you are raising a child alone.
✅ Moms from families where at least one person (child or parent) has a disability
📄 Required: disability certificate or ID.
✅ Pregnant women in difficult situations who already have children
📄 Required: pregnancy card or medical certificate.
✅ Moms of children under 12 months old in a difficult situation
📄 Required: document confirming the child’s age + explanation of your difficult situation.
✅ Moms from large families (3+ children) in a difficult situation
📄 Required: proof of number of children + explanation of the life situation.
✅ Moms with refugee or migration experience – unemployed
📄 Required: registration with the Employment Office + PESEL or passport.
✅ Moms with refugee or migration experience – employed, but earning below minimum wage (less than 4,666 PLN gross per adult)
📄 Required: employment confirmation + PESEL or passport.
✅ Moms experiencing homelessness
📄 Required: declaration signed on site.
✅ Moms who feel they have limited social opportunities
📄 Required: brief written explanation of your situation.
📌 Note: Individuals with refugee or migration experience must have a Polish PESEL number or passport.
