🌟 Institution Registration for Participation in the “Trees Full of Dreams” Campaign 2025
Dear Staff of Social Welfare Centers, Family Assistance Centers, Foundations, and Other Non-Governmental Organizations – we warmly invite you to participate in the “Trees Full of Dreams 2025” campaign organized by Kwitnący Dom. Thanks to you, we can bring joy and hope for a better tomorrow to children in need!
Thank you for your interest in taking part in another edition of the “Trees Full of Dreams” campaign.
It is through collaboration with engaged public institutions and NGOs that we can reach children who, for various reasons, might not experience the magic of the holidays – and together, we can change that.
The goal of the campaign is to support families in particularly difficult life situations by fulfilling selected, individual Christmas wishes of children.
We believe that even a single dreamed-of gift – even if it is not expensive – can strengthen a child’s sense of self-worth, bring joy, and above all, offer hope for a brighter future.
- Step-by-Step Guide to How the Campaign Works
- A few important pieces of information
-
Institutions register for participation in the campaign by filling out the application form.
-
We confirm the receipt of the application and then approve participation for the qualified institutions.
-
Each institution receives codes assigned to the number of families that will receive support (the codes are anonymous and do not contain personal data).
-
The institution distributes the codes to selected families in need of assistance.
Families also receive an informational leaflet explaining how to use the code and where to submit it. If a family has difficulties accessing the Internet, a staff member may assist in completing the online form or submit it on their behalf based on the provided information.
-
Families who received a code visit the Kwitnący Dom website and fill out a short form, providing:
-
the code received from the institution,
-
their contact details and phone number,
-
the names and ages of the children,
-
the children’s wishes (e.g., toys, books).
-
We verify family submissions and children’s wishes:
-
We check whether the wishes comply with the campaign rules and whether the submitted data is correct.
-
We verify that the codes used match those assigned to the registered families.
-
We start gathering donors!
-
We publish anonymous “letters to Santa” on our media channels.
-
We prepare ornaments with wish notes and distribute them to institutions, organizations, companies, and schools across Poland.
-
Donors choose specific wishes, prepare gifts, and send completed packages to us.
-
Logistics and distribution of packages
-
Packages prepared by donors are collected and verified by us.
-
We then contact each institution to arrange the method and date for transferring the packages and confirm that all children will receive their gifts (although we cannot formally guarantee it, we cannot imagine any child being left out!).
-
In 2025, the gifts will be stored and sorted at a warehouse, and from there, entire batches will be sent to specific institutions.
-
Gift distribution
-
Institution staff distribute the gifts to the children’s parents according to the list and assigned codes.
-
Gifts can be delivered individually by staff or handed out during a community event with activities and attractions.
-
Thank you notes and evaluation
-
Institutions are required to create and send us a report (photos, videos) of the gift distribution, prepared according to our image consent guidelines.
-
In January, we will ask institutions for a brief evaluation of the campaign activities.
🎯 The Role of Institutions in the Campaign
Participation in the campaign is completely free – both for families and for institutions.
The Referring Institution acts as an intermediary and guardian of the process – it expresses willingness to participate, receives a pool of registration codes, and distributes them to selected families.
It is up to the families to decide whether they want to take part and whether they accept the rules proposed by the Organizer.
The registration forms are filled out independently by parents/guardians, with the Institution providing support when needed, especially in cases of digital exclusion or communication difficulties.
🧒 Who Can Be Referred?
Families with children who will not have turned 18 by Christmas Eve 2025 (or up to 24 years old if the child has a certified severe disability – first degree) can be referred.
The campaign is intended for families in difficult life situations, where parents are unable to independently afford Christmas presents for their children. Please consider this criterion when selecting families.
We encourage referring all eligible children within a family to ensure consistent support for all siblings.
Children eligible for the campaign must reside in the Warsaw metropolitan area or Garwolin County.
Please consider families from all backgrounds, including national minorities, migrant families, families with disabilities, and single parents, in line with the principle of non-discrimination and equal access.
🎁 What to Know About the Gifts?
The Organizer does not guarantee gifts for all children – the campaign depends on the number of donors. However, we will do everything possible to ensure each child receives a gift for Christmas Eve.
It’s important to inform families beforehand that submitting an application does not guarantee a gift but provides a chance for one.
Gifts should fulfill the children’s wishes and not be household items.
📅 Deadlines and Responsibilities
The application deadline is October 3, 2025.
Failure to submit applications and/or required documentation on time (photo documentation, receipt lists) may result in exclusion from future editions of the campaign.
🖼️ Photo Documentation
Photos confirming gift distribution are required but must be taken with respect for the privacy of children and their families (no recognizable faces).
Institutions must not publish photos independently – they are sent exclusively to the Organizer and processed according to the image use consent given by each campaign participant.
🧾 Special Events
Only a few institutions will be invited to organize special Christmas events with the presence of Santa Claus. They will be notified by the end of October 2025.
An institution can express willingness to participate in a special event or collect gifts in the standard manner.
The campaign is based on cooperation, mutual trust, and the shared desire to spread kindness before the holidays.
