Information clause on the processing of personal data of guests (volunteers and visitors) of the Flowering House
Pursuant to 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), it is made known that:
(1) the Administrator of the personal data of the Guests of the Kwitnący Dom at 14 Kwitnąca Street in Warsaw is the Foundation Inna Przestrzeń ul. Nowy Świat 23/25 lok. 32, 00-029 Warsaw, NIP: 521-33-93-003, on behalf of which acts the Project Plenipotentiary Anna Kłos.
(2) The House has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
The processing of Guests’ personal data (in the form of their own entries on the list, in the form of their name and surname and the period of their stay) is necessary to ensure the safety of persons living at the House and their personal rights and freedoms as well as to establish, assert or defend against claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(d) and (f) of the RODO, and, due to the way the list is maintained, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) – the Guest’s consent to the disclosure of their data to subsequent persons entering on the list. Consent (in the form of an express affirmative action) pursuant to Article 4(11) RODO is given by signing up to the list. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing.
The Administrator reserves the right to exempt from disclosure personal data, persons performing professional activities in the House, under the supervision of the Administrator (or persons representing the Administrator) and members of official delegations.
(4) The personal data of Guests will be stored for a period of 1 year, unless during this period the need to store the data longer becomes apparent, in which case the data will be stored for a period of 3 years.
(5) The recipients of the Guest’s personal data may be, only in justified cases, exclusively national institutions and offices to which the Blooming House will have such a statutory obligation.
(6) The Guest has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, the right to rectify and supplement them, the right to object to processing, no right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability.
(8) The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e.: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street 00-193 Warsaw.
(9) Disclosure of personal data by the Guest is voluntary but necessary in order to obtain permission to stay on the premises of the Blooming House.
the Guest’s personal data will not be processed in an automated or profiled manner.
