you can benefit from our support. A maternity and baby essentials package is waiting to be delivered into your hands!

We offer parents in need the essential items for newborns, including clothing, diapers, and other accessories. We hope that with this support, you can focus on taking care of your baby without worrying about the lack of necessary supplies.

The process to apply for assistance is simple. We want every family in need to be able to easily obtain the necessary support. If you have any problems or doubts, contact us. Visit the Contact section and reach out to us in the most convenient way for you.

Maternity package for pregnant women and newborns in Warsaw

If you are a Polish citizen and need a baby kit in Warsaw, contact your nearest Social Welfare Center (OPS). Ask OPS to contact us via email at pomoc@kwitnacy-dom.pl.

You can find a list of all Warsaw Social Welfare Centers on the information website warszawa19115.pl.

Once OPS registers you as someone in need of assistance, you will be able to pick up the baby kit from our location at Kwitnąca 14 in Warsaw.

If you are under the care of a foundation, they can also refer you to us.

What does the birth and baby starter kit in Warsaw include?

Our newborn starter kits are carefully assembled from used or new donations. Each kit includes:

  • Baby clothes (bodysuits, shorts/skirts, sleepers, sweatshirts – sizes 56/62);

  • Gauze diapers, a blanket, towel, pacifiers, bottles;

  • Toys, wet wipes, postpartum pads, cotton pads for babies, nursing pads.

Depending on availability, the birth kit may also contain other items, such as disposable diapers, changing mats, cosmetics, supplements for pregnant and breastfeeding women, a Moses basket, bed protector, bottle warmer, breast pump, washcloth, postpartum underwear, nursing bra, hair care set, nail clipper, thermometer, and more.

NOTE: The standard birth kit is very heavy. We pack it into one or two large shopping bags. Therefore, the expectant mother, especially in the last trimester, may have difficulty carrying everything on her own.

How to collect a baby kit in Warsaw?

The condition for receiving assistance is picking up the baby kit in person after reserving an appointment.

Do you live and file taxes in Warsaw?

Within 45 days of your child’s birth, you can apply for the Warsaw Baby Kit. This is a different kind of assistance (ours is a typical birth kit). It is primarily aimed at women who have already given birth.

The application for the kit must be submitted and signed by one of the parents who lives with the child. This parent must file taxes in Warsaw.
